Access to Work support that actually makes sense
Access to Work can fund support for neurodivergent people at work. But the process is confusing, exhausting, and not designed for how our brains work. We help you navigate it.
What is Access to Work?
Access to Work is a government grant scheme. If you're neurodivergent and in work (employed or self-employed), it can fund practical support to help you do your job.
It can cover things like coaching, software, specialist equipment, and a Support Worker.
The catch is that the application process is long, jargon-heavy, and easy to get wrong. That's where we come in.
