The person behind the business

Kate Keir spent over a decade in sales and account management before starting her own business in January 2022. She was good at it. Building relationships, understanding what people actually needed, finding a way to make things work. That part came naturally.
What she didn't realise, for most of that time, was why.
When things shifted
In 2021, Kate had her son. And something changed. The coping strategies that had kept everything running quietly in the background, the structures, the routines, the way she'd learned to function without anyone really noticing how much effort it took, stopped working the way they had before.
She wasn't masking any more. She just hadn't known that's what she'd been doing.
A dyslexia diagnosis had come in early childhood. The ADHD diagnosis came in April 2025. But the real understanding of how her brain had been working all along came somewhere in between.

What she noticed
When Kate started working with neurodivergent business owners, something became clear.
Taking tasks off someone's plate helped. But it didn't get rid of the overwhelm. Not fully. Because the overwhelm wasn't just about the tasks. It was about the isolation, the executive dysfunction, the way that doing the work alone, even with someone else handling the admin, still felt like too much.
What she and her clients actually needed was something different. Not just support with the to-do list. Connection. Body doubling. A way of working that matched how their brains functioned, not a system borrowed from someone else's.
That insight shapes everything she does.
What Kate believes
She doesn't believe in pushing through. She doesn't think the people she works with need more discipline, better habits, or a new productivity system.
She believes they need support that was actually built for them. That works with their brain, not against it. That makes running a business feel sustainable instead of like something to survive.
Success is for EVERYONE.
